Our QA system strives to achieve near-zero batch to batch variation through two-way quality checking system. With a narrow Tolerance limit, all non-conformities are dealt with strictly and corrective action is initiate accordingly.
Two tier quality system –
- Inspection of raw material / testing of raw material and basic testing of finished product at shop floor by production people.
- The central quality control department finally confirms acceptance or rejection of raw material and finished goods.
